Project Description:
This project provides a tool for planning and managing employee related activities including recruitment, personnel administration, career development and assignments.
Vision:
- To create and implement a new process for processing employment lifecycle information across all Ministries.
- Provide comprehensive facilities that enable the Ministries to lower administrative costs, improve the skills of the workforce, and empower managers with the right information.
Objectives:
- Provide employee integrated HR and payroll service.
- Transformation of government personnel administration services to integrated human resources service.
- Development of a government employee community covering employee related services such as HR, on-line training providers, career professionals.
- Sharing of human resources data and knowledge related to employees.
- Integrate government portal with internal human resources management systems.
- Foundation for future of e-learning offerings and distance learning through the employee portal by forming alliances with training institutions.
- Provide employee professional development information.
- Provide employee chat room/self help desk.
- Reduce human resources overheads/cost to serve by establishing electronic communications channels, reducing paper documents.
