Transaction: Sponsorship Transfer.

Processes:

1- Sponsership Transfer (Only in Dubai)

• Completed Application Form
• Original Passport
• Two (2) passport photographs
• Copy of Employment Card Receipt \Establishment Card \ Commercial License
• Original Medical Certificate (for wife and persons above 18 years)
• Transfering application form
• Copy of employment contract

Required Fees:

• AED 500 fees in case of transfer between government organizations
• AED 100 per application in case of sponsorship transfer for family
• AED 100 per year

2- Sponsorship Transfer from another Emirate to Dubai

• Completed Application Form
• Original Passport
• Two (2) passport photographs
• Copy of Employment Contract
• Copy of Employment Card\ Establishment Card\ Commercial License
• Original Medical Certificate

Required Fees:

• AED 100 sponsorship transfer fee (green sticker from the bank)
• AED 100 per year

Transaction: Renewal of Residence Visas.

1- Residence Visa Renewal for Establishment Partner

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Two (2) passport photographs
• Original Medical Certificate (for persons above 18 years)
• Copy of valid Establishment Card (Residence Visa for partner)
• Copy of valid Commercial License (Residence Visa for partner)
• Certificate of partnership status

Required Fees:

• AED 300 application fees (Payable by E - Dirham)
• AED 100 urgent application (sticker from the bank)

2- Government Establishments Residence Permit Renewal

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Two (2) passport photographs
• Original Medical Certificate
• Copy of valid Establishment Card \ Commercial License

Required Fees:

• AED 300 application fees (Payable by E - Dirham)
AED 100 for urgent application (sticker from the bank)

3- Renewal of Servants/Housemaids Residence Permit (Locals)

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Copy of sponsor's passport
• Two (2) Passport Photographs
• Original Medical Certificate

Required Fees:

• AED 200 application fees (Payable by E - Dirham)
• AED 100 for urgent application (sticker from the bank)
• AED 100 Service fee for Servant Card

4- Renewal of Servants/Housemaids Residence Permit (Residents)

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Copy of sponsor's passport
• Two (2) Passport Photographs
• Original Medical Certificate
• Copy of Employment contract (Verification of minimum salary of AED 6000)

Required Fees:

• AED 100 application fees (Payable by E - Dirham)
• AED 100 extra for urgent application (sticker from the bank)
• AED 100 Service fee for Servant Card
• AED 4.800 ministry fees

5- Renewal of Family Residence Permit (Locals)

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Copy of sponsor's passport
• Two (2) Passport Photographs
• Original Medical Certificate

Required Fees:

• AED 300 application fees (Payable by E - Dirham)
• AED 100 for urgent application (sticker from the bank)

Exempt from Condition Salary:

• Mosque Imam
• Teachers
• Religious Guide
• School Buses Driver

6- Renewal of Family Residence Permit (Residents)

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Original Medical Certificate
• Two (2) Passport Photographs
• Document to certify Student Status (for persons less than 17 years)

Required Fees:

• AED 300 application fees (Payable by E - Dirham)
• AED 100 extra for urgent application (sticker from the bank)

Transaction: Residents Fines.

• Resident will be fined in case of exceeding 30 days after his/her residence expiry date or 60 days after he/ she entered the country with new visa, or transferring the visa from visit to residence.
• Infant should be added during 120 day

Transaction: Addition/ Cancellation of Names of Accompanying Persons.

Processes:

1- Addition of Name of Accompanying to Visa

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of the residence owner
• Original Residence Visa
• Copy of Employment contract

Required Fees:

• AED 100 per year (Payable by E - Dirham)
• AED 100 Service fee

2- Addition of Name of Accompanying to Visa - Infant

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Certificate of Birth of Sponsored Person (Original + Copy)
• Infant should be added during 120 day

Required Fees:

• AED 100 per year (Payable by E - Dirham)
• AED 100 Service Fee for Addition/Cancellation

3- Cancellation of Name of Accompanying from Passport

• Completed Application Form
• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Two (2) Passport Photographs
• Copy of Employment contract

Required Fees:

• AED 100 Service fee for Addition

4- Cancellation of Name of Accompanying from Passport – due to demise

• Passport of Sponsored Person
• Certificate of Death
• Letter from the sponsor to strick off the sponsored person

Required Fees:

• No fees required
