Description

Online system for the continuous evaluation of both the capability and performance of consultant / contractor staff on building and construction projects. This online repository of contractor / consultant appraisal reports will be linked to the eQualification service to ensure that contractor quality is maintained.

An evaluation zone that uses cross Ministry agreed criteria to assess potential consultants, contractors and suppliers will deliver a consistent approach to services procurement.
Controlled information flow will provide reliable and objective assessment of consultants and contractors.
An agreed appraisal process for FeG contractors/consultants and some service suppliers will enable: improved contract control, improved service supplier relationships.
Single repository of information on contractor/consultant performance.
Promote greater use of agreed performance measures and Service Level Agreements, which will improve delivery performance.
