eQualification

eQualification is an online service of Ministry of Public Works, A single entry point for consultants, contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to register and renew their pre-qualification to bid for and execute construction, building, road and bridge projects for the UAE Federal Government.

How to login to this service

1. Go to www.government.ae and click on the “eQualification” link under “Online Services”. Once clicked, Sign-on page appears Click on “New Account”.
2. When you click “New Account” the “New Account Registration” screen is displayed. Please fill in your details and click on “Submit”: (fields marked with “ * ” are mandatory).
3. Log-in to eQualification online service using your username and password.

How to use this eService

1- New Registration:

• Enter your username and password.
• Click into “Start new Application”.
• Complete the form and all fields with the required attachments.
• Pay through the eDirham. (click here for more information)
• Save or print the payment number and keep it with you for any follow up.

2- Renew Certificate:

• Enter your user name and password.
• Click on the link “Click here to renew the certificate that you obtained before the eQualification launch”.
• Enter your certificate number.
• Enter your certificate expiry date.
• System will verify your certificate.
• If the verification is successful, you will then need to fill-out the forms with full details and any required attached documents.
• Pay through eDirham. (click here for more information)
• Save the payment number and keep it with you for any follow up.
• Once you complete the above steps, you will then be able to renew registration through normal “Registration Renewal” process on your next renewal or due date.

3- Add New Registration type:

• If the user requires adding or submitting a different registration type other than the existing certificate type, he/she need to go through the “Start new application” process.

4- Follow your submitted procedure

• Pay through eDirham only, and advance payment is required for processing the application.(click here for more information)
• Registration should be renewed annually.
• In case of not renewing, the customer will be required to pay additional 100 dirham for each certificate every year for a maximum of two years, after that, the application will be considered as new registration.

Registration payment is a non-refundable payment, even in case of rejection.
