Service Channels for the UAE Government

 
UAE Government services are easily accessible through a wide variety of online and offline channels. Government.ae is the official portal of the UAE Government and it is the unified gateway to access many services provided by the different government entities and authorities in the UAE.
 
Other channels of service delivery include:

·         Websites
·         Petrol stations
·         Customer Service Centres
·         Drive-thru service
·         Post Offices
·         Banks
·         Dubai Metro stations
 
 
Kiosks / Public Payment Machines
You can pay Abu Dhabi Police fines and fees and enquire about vehicle and driver licensing service procedures at the kiosks. These machines also provide Electronic Maps Services, Duty Pharmacies and Weather Broadcast.
 
You can pay Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) bills using Etisalat Public payment machines.
 
Dubai Police traffic violation fines can also be paid through these kiosks.
 
 
ATMs / cash depositing machines
Several government agencies have tied up with banks for bills to be paid through ATMs and cash depositing machines.
 
You can pay DEWA bill at ATM machines of a large number of banks.
 
You can pay Dubai traffic violation fines through cash depositing machines associated with Emirates Bank.
 
 
Mobile phones / mPay
To pay your DEWA bill via mobile phone, you will need to register once on the mPay website. You can also pay DEWA bill through phone banking service. For more information, go to DEWA website.
 
Apart from utilities, you can also pay Dubai Police’s traffic violation fines through Interactive Voice Response (IVRS) or Etisalat’s star service.
 
Moreover, you can pay for car parking in Dubai through mParking and, even enquire and pay parking fines through mPay.
 
Through mobile phone, you can recharge Salik account.

Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi government offers many services through its website: visa, land and property, motoring and travel, work and employment, special programmes for UAE nationals, Health, Education and learning, Culture, leisure and sports and Safety, security and law. 
 
Through the Abu Dhabi Police website, you can enquire and pay Abu Dhabi traffic fines online and enquire about traffic accidents.
 
Abu Dhabi municipality offers online services relating to spatial data, parks, land and real estate, public sanitation and roads and infrastructure.
 
 
Dubai 
You can pay your DEWA bill through their website by credit card at no extra charge.
 
Dubai Courts’ public eServices include online registration of cases (in Arabic only) and eNotary Public services. You can enquire about a case or a document and, view lists of hearings, public notices, and court’s auctions (both in Arabic only). You can also make eRequests for civil cases, read eLaws, deposit epayments, and file case petitions through the website.
 
You can access Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing’s library of books on varied subjects, read eBrochures, make travel bookings, lodge a complaint, and track its status through their website.
 
Through Department of Economic Development’s website, you can check transaction status of payments and estimated cost of license issue amongst others.
 
You can recharge Salik through the website.
 
You can enquire about RTA parking fines on their website.
 
Online payment services can also be used for the services of:
·         Dubai Municipality
·         Dubai Airport
·         Dubai Health Authority
·         Dubai Chamber
 
You can also pay Zakat online, using ePay from Dubai eGovernment.
 
You can pay online for educational and professional courses such as for those provided by Hamdan Bin Mohammed eUniversity.
 
 
Sharjah 
Through Sharjah government’s portal, you can apply for organising personal exhibitions, temporary water connection, and grant of residential land amongst others. 
 
You can pay Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority (SEWA) bills through the website.  
 
You can use Sharjah Municipality website to file an application for eTenancy contract.
 
 
Ras Al Khaimah
Through the Ras Al Khaimah portal, you can pay traffic fines and access a variety of other online services.
 
 
Petrol stations
You can pay your DEWA bill at any EPPCO or ENOC petrol station at any time of the day or night.  
 
 
Customer Service Centres
Abu Dhabi municipality has set up customer services centres to cater to its customers.  
 
You can pay DEWA bills at any of its Customer Service Centres.
 
 
Drive-thru service
Pay your DEWA bills as you drive through Al Wasl and Umm Al Ramool Customer Service Centres
 
 
Post Offices
Post offices in Dubai accept DEWA bill payments on all seven days during working hours. 
 
 
Banks
Partner banks auto-debit your account with the DEWA bill amount. Teller Counters at some banks accept DEWA bills on weekdays during office hours. For details on paying DEWA bill through banks refer DEWA website.
 
 
Dubai Metro stations
Enoc stores at Dubai Metro stations accept DEWA bill payments.
