As part of our endeavors to upgrade our e-Services
and increase their user base, we seek to know how satisfied and acquainted our
customers are with MOCCAE e-Services, through a customer satisfaction survey.
Knowing the public’s level of satisfaction and acquaintance with MOCCAE
Based on the outcome of this survey, the
Ministry will consider public feedback and reflect the required changes on the
e-Services, getting more people to opt for them.
