Transformation of MoE's services to smart services
About the subject
In order to provide better services, Ministry of Education
is providing smart services. It is keen on strengthening its relation with
public and taking their opinion to develop services that save the people’s time
The ministry aims also to innovate new methods and
techniques for providing services to achieve the ultimate purpose of customer
satisfaction and happiness. Such efforts of the ministry comply with the
leadership's directive to facilitate communication of the community members
with the ministry and their access of services.
The ministry recently launched a number of strategic
initiatives to increase customer satisfaction by accessing services without
needing to visit the ministry's office. To achieve such purpose, Ministry of
Education invites the public to participate by giving their opinions and
proposals to improve the level of their services.
